The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation 2015 County Health Rankings and Roadmaps report had Delaware County ranked 84th in Health Outcomes (including quality of life, health behaviors, social and economic factors, and physical environment) out of 92 Indiana counties.

The Health and Well-being guide was created to improve awareness about all of the many resources related to health and well-being in our community. This guide can be useful to individuals seeking information about resources in our community and to providers seeking to guide their clients to supportive resources. We also hope this guide will be useful to identify gaps and inefficiencies of resources related to health and well-being in our community which can then be targets for improvement.

The overall goal of this guide is to be a resource which can be used to improve the health outcomes in our community.
